Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Jamaica often lack access to affordable, practical tools that help them assess their business operations, identify gaps, and connect with the right support services. Many MSMEs operate without structured performance tracking, resulting in missed opportunities for growth, inefficiencies, and limited access to resources such as training, funding, and expert advice. While numerous business development services exist, there is a disconnect between these services and the entrepreneurs who need them most.

To address this challenge, there is a critical need for a solution that empowers Jamaican MSMEs to self-diagnose operational weaknesses, receive tailored guidance, and establish a growth pathway. The GAPP App was developed by the Honey Bun Foundation to bridge this gap—but ongoing evaluation, refinement, and increased adoption are essential to maximize its impact and reach.
